Welcome to the R13 Youth Trust's library of policies and documents. We have uploaded these because other organisations, schools, or funders might need them. Young people and their whānau are welcome to have a look but don't need to. 

Community organisations and schools who would like to refer a young person to R13 can fill out the R13 Community Referral Form either using the downloadable version on this page or using our webform. If you are a young person or their whānau and you've found R13 and want to access our services, you don't need to do this - just give us a ring, email, pop in on our drop-in days, or use our sign-up page.
